YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES

The Stoke Youth Network takes youth-driven ideas and collaborates with local organizations to develop opportunities for youth in Revelstoke.

The Stoke Youth Network aims to increase opportunities in the following areas:

• Education, Employment & Training

• Entertainment, Recreation & Culture

• Home, Health & Safety

• Citizenship, Connectivity & Engagement

Youth opportunities are ever-changing and evolving to ensure we are meeting the current need.

Programs we have offered in the past are educational courses including First Aid and Avalanche Safety Training. Recreational programs such as rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and pottery continue to be popular choices among Revelstoke youth. In addition, The Stoke Youth Network maintains a close working relationship with Revelstoke Secondary School, offering lunch programs such as Environmental Action Team and Rainbows & Allies.
