MEET OUR YOUTH LIAISON
The Youth Liaison’s aim is to support youth voices in the community. The Youth Liaison works directly with youth (12-18), community organizations, service providers, and businesses to assist the Youth Advisory Committee and the Revelstoke Youth Initiative Committee to implement the Youth Action Plan (2021) and develop opportunities for youth in Revelsoke.

Youth Liaison
I’m Sam, Revelstoke’s Youth Liaison. I moved to Revelstoke three years ago for the incredible skiing and I’ve stayed for the amazing community.
Before stepping into this role, I worked with the Local Food Initiative as the Food Security Coordinator.
I’m passionate about community connection and bringing people together, because that’s what makes us stronger. Opportunities to connect with each other — and with the hobbies and activities you love — help build resilience and confidence.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside skiing, biking, or hiking. I also love art, dance, yoga, and a good book.
