Sign up here for the Level 1 Occupational First Aid with CPR-A. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday November 6th.
The Stoke Youth Network is offering an Occupational First Aid course at a subsidized cost for youth ages 13-18. This is a basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and CPR skills for the work place, home, or for those youth partaking in outdoor activities. Once the course is completed, there will be an exam at the end and youth will receive a First Aid Certification that is valid for 3 years.
Dates: November 8th 2024 (PRO-D DAY)
8:30-4:30pm
1 hour lunch break from 12pm - 1pm.
Arrive a few minutes early to ensure you are ready to go at 8:30am.
Location: Okanagan College Revelstoke Campus
1401 1 St W, Revelstoke, BC V0E 2S0.
What to bring:
Photo ID (school photo ID, passport, or drivers license if you have one)
Pack a lunch or bring money to go to a restaurant close by.
Bring paper and pens to take notes.
Fee: There is a $20 registration fee (regularly $130) to the Stoke Youth Network. Cash can be dropped off at Revelstoke Secondary School OR E-transfer is accepted to info@stokeyouthnetwork.ca . If the fee is a barrier to participating, please send an email and the fee can be waived.
